Would it be more economical to leave a Lcd Television on when nobody is home or a tube style television?
OK the dog watches tv, I know. It is not my dog. the lcd is a 40 and the crt is a 22 or so. I was just looking for an answer as far as wear on the television versus electricity used and thought there might be some facts to back up opinion?
LCDs are more efficient when it comes to energy consumption. it would depend on the sizes though. But if the TVs were the same size I would say it would be better to leave the LCD on.
