I would not waste my money on Either of the two TVs, If you want a great picture, Two things to look for when your shopping around, check to see if its a 1080p, if its a 720p the picture will not be at its best, next make sure the TV has a Refresh Rate: 120Hz, if the Refresh Rate 50 to 60Hz your picture will not be Crisp Clear, many of the stores out there are offering Big Sales on TVs in the $299 or $349 for that price its a sure bet your Refresh Rate will be 50 to 60Hz, If your looking on line at TVs and it does Not say what the Refresh Rate Is, Its more than likely going to be 50 to 60Hz
